Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents in various clinical settings. Develop and manage individualized patient care plans including medication management and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and engaging with patients' families and caregivers.

  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized patient care plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with patients' families and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Required
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA registration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to outstanding, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
