CareNow Urgent Care is seeking a board certified family medicine, med/peds or emergency medicine physician to act as an area medical director within our Rio Grande Valley market. The role involves providing patient care and overseeing the general operations of multiple clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide patient care
- • Oversee the general operations of 3-5 clinics, including oversight of employed physicians and advanced practice provider
Required
- • Comfortable seeing patients ages three months and up
- • Board certified family medicine, IM/pediatrics, occupational medicine, or emergency medicine
- • Has or willing to obtain Texas state medical licensure
- • Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries to include: pediatric and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.
