Key Responsibilities
- • Provide outpatient consultations and longitudinal endocrinology care

- • Manage a wide range of endocrine conditions including Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth and puberty disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and obesity-related metabolic disorders

- • Participate in clinical research, quality improvement, and academic scholarship
Required
- • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship program
- • Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
Preferred
- • Demonstrated interest or experience in resident and medical student teaching
- • Interest or experience in clinical research, QI projects, or subspecialty program development

This is an employed position consisting of approximately 90% dedicated clinical time and 10% teaching and academic time with Pediatric Residents and Medical Students.
The position includes a mix of outpatient consultations and longitudinal endocrinology care as well as shared inpatient consult coverage on a rotational basis. The division manages a wide range of endocrine conditions including Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth and puberty disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and obesity-related metabolic disorders.
You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team consisting of Pediatric Endocrinologists, Certified Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, and Pediatric Nurses, all supporting the comprehensive care of pediatric patients. The outpatient clinic is open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and academic scholarship are available and encouraged. Faculty appointment through an affiliated medical school is available for qualified candidates.
