Required
- • Native-level fluency in Mandarin with strong written and spoken English.

- • 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience.
- • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in medical writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.
Preferred
- • Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
- • Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
