- • Proficiency in Medical Affairs, including policies and procedures that ensure compliance and care quality
- • Knowledge of Managed Care practices, including provider networks and cost-effective strategies for healthcare delivery
- • Ability to contribute to Strategic Planning for healthcare service expansion and operational enhancements
- • Leadership and team management experience, with a collaborative approach to solving complex healthcare challenges
- • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid state medical license; board certification required
- • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and familiarity with community health initiatives
Preferred
- • Experience working within FQHCs or a similar community health setting is highly desirable

All medical services operate under the leadership of the Chief Clinical Officer.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA, for the position of Chief Medical Officer. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while aligning with the organization’s mission and objectives.
