As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics to geriatrics, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive health services, and coordinating care with specialists. Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
- • Collaborate with primary care colleagues, heart and vascular specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and integrate them into daily clinical work.
- • Document patient encounters and treatment plans in accordance with Baylor Scott & White protocols.
- • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a patient-centered care model.
Required
- • Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO).
- • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
- • Board-certified or actively pursuing board certification in Family Medicine (ABMS or BOS).
- • Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
