Key Responsibilities
- • Assess adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
- • Collaborate with ID pharmacists and microbiologists on treatment plans
- • Coordinate with care management for discharge and follow-up, including long-term IV antibiotics and infectious diseases
- • Communicate timely updates to the community on emerging infectious diseases and preventive health measures
- • Provide shared call coverage 1-2 weeks per month
