Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and refine training datasets with clinical precision and real-world relevance.
  • Apply evidence-based principles to assess and improve AI responses, identifying areas for bias mitigation and quality enhancement.
  • Contribute to the creation of ethical guidelines and best practices for AI systems supporting substance use prevention and intervention.
Required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience.
  • Deep expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
  • Extensive clinical experience working with individuals affected by substance addiction.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in content review and data interpretation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and sensitivity in addressing diverse populations.
