- • Develop, evaluate, and refine training datasets with clinical precision and real-world relevance.
- • Apply evidence-based principles to assess and improve AI responses, identifying areas for bias mitigation and quality enhancement.
- • Contribute to the creation of ethical guidelines and best practices for AI systems supporting substance use prevention and intervention.
Required
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience.
- • Deep expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
- • Extensive clinical experience working with individuals affected by substance addiction.
- • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in content review and data interpretation.
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
