- • New Jersey Medical License
- • New Jersey CDS - Active
- • DEA Certificate - Active

Education & Experience:
- Medical Doctorate Degree.

Certifications/ Licensure:
- New Jersey Medical License.
- New Jersey CDS - Active, DEA Certificate - Active.
