Provide telehealth patient care via synchronous and asynchronous methods using the company app, managing a panel of approximately 250 patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine professionals to deliver evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine treatments. Practice autonomously with administrative support in a small, entrepreneurial private practice focused on obesity and lifestyle medicine.
Key Responsibilities

Required
- • Current MD or DO license in Illinois
- • Current DEA license in Illinois
- • Must reside in the US or legally allowed to work in the United States (NPI required)
- • Ability to work autonomously
- • Able to work with a wide variety of patients
- • Implement evidence-based treatment strategies
- • Positive attitude, encouraging personality, passionate about achieving great patient outcomes
- • Team player
Preferred
- • PA/NP Certificate in Obesity Medicine/obesity background/ABOM a plus
- • Experience with telemedicine and remote care a plus

Job Overview
