MD/DO You Choose: Pulmonary/CC or Pulmonary Only!

This role is for a dual trained Pulmonary/Critical Care physician or Pulmonary only physician, offering flexible practice options. The position involves providing specialized care in a high-level trauma center, with a mix of outpatient pulmonary clinic and inpatient critical care or pulmonary ward service coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • When assigned to pulmonary clinic enjoy a M-F daytime schedule
  • Advanced practice provider support
  • Pulmonary/critical care inpatient responsibilities include ~7 (12 hour) critical care shifts per month, including pulmonary ward service coverage
  • Pulmonary only inpatient responsibilities include pulmonary ward service coverage on a rotational basis
  • Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians
  • Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system
  • Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff
Required
  • Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program
  • Be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated
  • Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
