Serve as the Outpatient Clinical Director for a developing Family Medicine Residency Program, leading precepting, teaching, and advising residents in an outpatient continuity clinic providing full spectrum care including obstetrics. Participate in curriculum development and assist in applying theory to practice within a supportive academic environment.

St. Francis Medical Center is searching for a Board Certified Family Medicine or FM/OB Physician to serve as our Outpatient Clinical Director for our developing Family Medicine Residency Program! With our accreditation from ACGME, our program is set to go-live in July 2026.
With this position, you would be at the forefront of curating the culture in a new family residency program in beautiful North Louisiana.
