Key Responsibilities

- • Participate in call duties 5-6 times a month.
Required
- • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
- • Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
- • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
- • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Onsite Specialties
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more.
- Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry.
- 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.
- Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
- 34 patient contact hours per week.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 1.0FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
