This role involves providing primary care as an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician within a multidisciplinary team approach at M Health Fairview Clinic - Eden Prairie. The position includes managing clinical care with an average of 18-22 patient encounters per day and approximately 34 patient contact hours per week, supported by a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage clinical care using a multidisciplinary team approach

- • Participate in phone consultation call approximately 1:10 frequency with first tier nurse triage
Required
- • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program
- • BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA
- • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
