Primary Care Internal Medicine Physician - Apple Valley
Join a busy primary care practice with a multidisciplinary team approach, managing clinical care in a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) environment. The practice averages 18-22 patient encounters per day with 34 patient contact hours per week and offers a flexible full-time schedule with low intensity call frequency.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage clinical care using a multidisciplinary team approach
- • Provide primary care to an average of 18-22 patients per day

- • Participate in low intensity call frequency: 1:10 ratio, phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
Required
- • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program
- • BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA
- • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable

- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
