Vohra Wound Physicians
Physicians provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. The role involves conducting weekly wound rounds at multiple facilities within a 40-60 mile radius, treating 20-30 patients per day, and documenting clinical care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship are provided to develop expertise in wound management.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
- • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
- • Visit 2-3 facilities per day treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
- • Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
- • Document clinical care at point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using proprietary wound specific EMR.
