Child/General Psychiatrist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Provide psychiatric and psychopharmacological care to patients while collaborating with primary care providers to ensure comprehensive medical care. Manage caseloads, participate in on-call rotation and quality assurance activities, and perform other assigned duties including some weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultations as requested by the medical providers
  • Establish reviews and evaluate treatment plans and goals with patients
  • Manage caseloads and documentation through electronic medical records system
  • Participate in on-call rotation after business hours
  • Participate in quality assurance activities
  • Some weekend hours required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required
  • Graduated from an accredited medical school
  • Licensed to practice in New York State
  • Basic CPR (BCLS) certification required
  • Experience preferred
  • Specialty Certification preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
