Charles B. Wang Community Health Center
Provide psychiatric and psychopharmacological care to patients while collaborating with primary care providers to ensure comprehensive medical care. Manage caseloads, participate in on-call rotation and quality assurance activities, and perform other assigned duties including some weekend hours.

- • Provide consultations as requested by the medical providers
- • Establish reviews and evaluate treatment plans and goals with patients
- • Manage caseloads and documentation through electronic medical records system
- • Participate in on-call rotation after business hours
- • Participate in quality assurance activities
- • Some weekend hours required
- • Perform other duties as assigned
Required
- • Graduated from an accredited medical school
- • Licensed to practice in New York State
- • Basic CPR (BCLS) certification required
- • Experience preferred
- • Specialty Certification preferred
- • Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
