This role involves providing supplemental PRN coverage as an Emergency Medicine physician across multiple IU Health locations, including Level 3 trauma and critical access hospitals. The position offers flexible quarterly scheduling within a team-centric department focused on high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide supplemental PRN coverage in Emergency Medicine
- • Work within a team-centric department of 18 physicians and 7 advanced providers
- • Cover Level 3 trauma and critical access hospital cases
- • Participate in quarterly scheduling for flexible work arrangements
Required
- • U.S. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- • MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
- • Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Ability to provide high quality patient care
- • Team oriented, positive and patient centered
- • Commitment to lifelong learning and open to change/improvement
