Provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. Oversee and support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services.
- • Make diagnoses, analyze test data, and determine the necessity for follow-up appointments and additional treatment options.
- • Order and interpret results of laboratory tests.
- • Develop treatment plans that may involve relevant therapies.
- • Monitor patients to assess the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
- • Serve as a resource for patients seeking ongoing care information, support, and guidance.
- • Offer patient education to encourage habits that prevent diseases and promote overall well-being.
- • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- • Supervising Physician who oversees, evaluates, educates, and supports the work of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure the delivery of appropriate treatment in accordance with state regulations and company principles.
Required
- • Family Practice or Internal Medicine experience.
- • Active and Unrestricted MD or DO license.
- • Eligibility as a Provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- • Active NPI Report and DEA License are mandatory.
- • Physician must meet all requirements for professional malpractice and liability coverage.
Preferred
- • Knowledge of integrative medicine practices and willingness to incorporate holistic approaches into patient care.
