Key Responsibilities

Required
- • New York State Medical License.
- • Medical Doctor Degree.
- • Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
- • Board Certified in Nephrology.
- • Completion of Fellowship in Transplant Nephrology in an Accredited UNOS/AST Center.
- • Experience in renal ultrasound and real-time ultrasound-guided kidney biopsies.
- • Experience in pre- and post-operative medical management of the pancreas transplant recipient.
- • Must demonstrate the ability to conduct basic or clinical investigation.

Job Summary
The Department of Transplant Nephrology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Transplant Nephrologist, Clinical Assistant Professor (HS). The successful candidate will:
