This full-time Ophthalmologist role focuses on Cornea and Comprehensive Ophthalmology within a well-equipped ambulatory surgery center. The position involves clinical practice supported by a team of board-certified ophthalmologists and optometrists, with call responsibility for a single hospital and access to advanced ophthalmic imaging technology.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide clinical ophthalmology services specializing in Cornea and Comprehensive care
- • Participate in call responsibility for Lake Forest Hospital
- • Collaborate with a team of 5 board-certified Ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists
- • Utilize state of the art ophthalmic imaging in ambulatory and OR settings

The salary range for this position is $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 (Annually)

- Joining 5 board-certified Ophthalmologists – 2 General, 1 Retina, 1 Glaucoma and 1 OculoPlastics
- 3 optometrists support practice across all locations
- Call Responsibility for only 1 hospital (Lake Forest Hospital)
- Nocturnal APP program provides on-site call support at Lake Forest Hospital from 2:30pm to 2:30am 7 days per week
- State of the art ophthalmic imaging in ambulatory and OR setting
