General Internal Medicine Physician - Lahey Hospital and Medical Center
Join a collaborative, growth-oriented academic primary care practice serving a medically complex patient population with ample time and resources. Work in an integrated multispecialty clinic model with coordinated care, onsite pharmacy, phlebotomy, and radiology, supported by a robust team and embedded behavioral health and pharmacy support.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide patient care in a primary care academic multispecialty clinic-model institution
- • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Provider colleagues
- • Participate in teaching Internal Medicine Residents and students at UMass Chan School of Medicine regional campus
- • Engage in weekly Departmental Grand Rounds and regular General Internal Medicine Grand Rounds
- • Optionally serve as inpatient attending on internal medicine teaching service
Required
- • Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- • Eligibility for or current licensure in Massachusetts
- • Experience working with Advanced Practice Provider colleagues

Pay Range
$200,000.00 USD - $232,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
