This role involves providing orthopedic surgical care within a group of 11 orthopedic surgeons and 14 advanced practice clinicians. Responsibilities include participating in a general orthopedic call schedule and working in a joint replacement center at a 40-bed acute care hospital, with support from surgical residents and medical students.
Key Responsibilities
- • General Orthopedic Call Required 1:9 days
- • Dedicated Hospitalist for weekday coverage
- • Shared call with whole Physician group – APC 1st call system in place
- • Interaction with Surgical Residents and Medical Students
Required
- • MD, DO or MBBS
- • Completion of an accredited residency in orthopedic surgery, successful completion of which results in board eligibility
- • NYS Licensure
- • BLS Certification Required
- • Fellowship Trained
- • DEA Required

- Salary Range: $650,000-$750,000
- Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
- Incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.

- Referral Base of over 150 Primary Care Clinicians
- Full Support Staff including APC’s with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
