The clinician will provide high quality, evidence-based cancer care to patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and hospital leadership. The role involves diagnosing and managing diseases of the blood, bone marrow, vascular, and immune systems while supporting clinical service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive Clincal care for patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders.
- • Participate in multidisciplinary board and clinical meetings
- • Colloborate with hospital leadership to support clinical service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
- • Diagonse and manage diseases of the blood, bone marrow, vascular, and immune systems.
Required
- • Board certified in both Hematology and Medical Oncology
- • Expertise in either hematologic malignancies or solid tumors

- • Annual Base Salary: is $342,000-$347,000 with total compensation including bonuses ranging from $342,000-$360,000
- • 403B/457 participation inclusive of a 10% employer contribution with no employee match required

- • Projected annual revenue sharing payments of up to $30,000 contingent upon meeting required productivity and compliance metrics
