Key Responsibilities

Required
  • Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (If Board eligible must obtain certification within 2 years of employment)
  • Medical Degree or foreign equivalent
  • Completion of an Internal Medicine residency program
  • Possession of or eligibility for a Wisconsin medical license
  • Eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration
  • Eligibility for reimbursement from the Medicare/Medicaid programs
  • References for work experience that confirm experience
  • Subject to a criminal background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen required
Preferred
  • Preferred training in Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine
  • Will consider H1B visa sponsorship

We’re currently recruiting a part time Primary Care (Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine) Physician for Froedtert McKinley Health Center located in Milwaukee, WI.

The Primary Care practice is very collegial, collaborative, and consultative with exceptional support staff. The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network is a partnership between Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research, and education.

Our health network operates eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. Enjoy autonomy with the benefit of a large hospital system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc., seeks multiple Internal Medicine Physicians to provide full-time internal medicine physician services to adult patients in a clinical setting in Southeast Wisconsin.

The minimum requirements for the Internal Medicine Physician position are a Medical Degree or foreign equivalent, completion of an Internal Medicine residency program, possession of or eligibility for a Wisconsin medical license, eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration and eligibility for reimbursement from the Medicare/Medicaid programs.

Candidate must have references for work experience that confirm experience. Candidates will be subject to a criminal background check, and may be rejected if criminal convictions are substantially related to the position applied for, in accordance with applicable law. Pre-employment drug screen required.
