US Acute Care Solutions
This role involves providing pediatric emergency medical care in a Level III trauma designated emergency department with 18 beds. The position includes working within a multidisciplinary team offering 24-hour PEM physician coverage and pediatrician/APP support, utilizing Cerner/CPOE and PowerNote for documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide pediatric emergency medical care in a Level III trauma designated emergency department
- • Work within a staffing model providing 24-hours of PEM Physician coverage per day
- • Collaborate with pediatrician/APP coverage available 8-22 hours per day
- • Use Cerner/CPOE and PowerNote Documentation systems
Required
- • BC/BE in Pediatric Emergency Medicine for Physicians
- • BC PA or PNP-Acute Care/FNP with 2 years pediatric ED/CC/UC experience for APPs
