Community Health Resources
Provide direct clinical services including psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, ongoing treatment, and medication reviews for adult outpatient clients. Collaborate with community health organizations and program supervisors to coordinate and oversee client care and treatment plans, demonstrating competency in age-related or specialty issues.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide direct clinical services to clients, including psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, ongoing treatment and medication reviews.
- • Maintain positive working relationships with community health organizations and outside medical and psych services to ensure coordination of client care
- • Participates in case conferences/consultations, as required.
- • Works with program supervisors to oversee client treatment plans.
- • Demonstrates competency in age-related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served.
- • Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
- • Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
- • Additional duties as required.
Required
- • M.D. Board certified or eligible in adult or child psychiatry.
- • 5 years experience in adult or child psychiatry.
- • CT license; Board Certified preferred, eligible required.
- • Board Certified or eligible in child psychiatry for practice with children.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Adult Outpatient
The Adult Outpatient services provide psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. Services include assessment, consultation, individual, couples, group, family treatment and medication evaluation and monitoring.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPENSATION*:
$212,152.00/minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
- Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience and internal equity, as well as, adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
