As a Primary Care physician, you will provide coverage at multiple locations in the Rochester/Finger Lakes area, working independently and within a group setting to contribute to the efforts of the entire team. The role involves 36 patient contact hours per week and focuses on shaping the future of healthcare in central and western New York.

Physical Requirements
L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

Pay Range
$200,000.00 - $250,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

- Full time Primary Care Float Physician (FM, IM or Med-Peds) to provide coverage at multiple locations in the Rochester/Finger Lakes area
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Ideal candidate would need to be comfortable working independently and within a group setting, contributing to the efforts of the entire team.
- Competitive compensation with salary guarantee, performance based incentives, sign on bonus, in addition, the pay range noted below may also include productivity and/or value based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
