Provide weekday outpatient primary care with a schedule of 4 days in clinic and one day of remote administrative work. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership. Lead a team including a bilingual Medical Assistant and RN while serving a diverse multicultural patient population.
Key Responsibilities

Required
- • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- • Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island
- • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- • 3+ years of Primary Care Experience (for Nurse Practitioners)
- • Interest in community health and patient-centered care (for Nurse Practitioners)

Qualifications and Skills:
Physicians:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Multi-lingual highly valued.

- Interest in community health and patient-centered care
