The role involves providing comprehensive glaucoma and anterior segment care, performing a wide range of glaucoma surgeries, and managing a large patient base with support from certified technicians, scribes, and surgical staff. Key Responsibilities
- • Perform a wide range of glaucoma surgeries: SLT, CPC, LPI, MIGS, tubes/shunts, and trabeculectomy.
- • Provide comprehensive glaucoma and anterior segment care in a state-of-the-art facility with an onsite ASC.
- • Manage 30–40+ patients per day with continued opportunity for growth.
- • Work supported by certified technicians, scribes, and surgical staff to maximize patient flow and outcomes.
Required
- • MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible.
- • Glaucoma Fellowship-trained (2026 graduates welcome).
- • Strong surgical skills and patient-focused communication.
Preferred
- • Spanish proficiency is helpful but not required.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent clinical and surgical skills who possess outstanding interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to provide quality patient care and have a high level of experience in patient management.
