Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an established Primary Care group that is located in Waxahachie, Texas. Baylor Scott & White Family Medical Center - Waxahachie is the flagship HTPN outpatient primary care practice located on the campus of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Waxahachie. We are seeking Board certified or Board Eligible IM/FM physicians interested in giving excellent quality care to our patients.

• 100% Outpatient
• Shared rotating call, by phone only
• Epic EMR
