Physician MD/DO
This role involves providing comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services with a focus on chronic disease management and wellness. The physician will work collaboratively to promote patient health through individual interventions, education, and virtual care when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+.
- • Assist patients in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
- • Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues.
- • Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.
- • Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
Required
- • Degree from an accredited United States Medical School (MD/DO).
- • Must complete and pass a residency program in the United States.
- • Current license in the state or states where the physician will practice.
- • Board Certified in primary care or another related field (or Board eligible, with a commitment to obtain certification).
- • DEA is required for prescribing and dispensing.
- • Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
- • Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
- • Strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention.
