Job Summary
The University of Michigan, Department of Internal Medicine is seeking board certified/eligible candidate for a faculty position on the clinical track in the Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care and Clinical Immunology and VAAAHS. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in patient care and teaching in inpatient and outpatient settings and have some clinical research responsibilities.
Required Qualifications*
The ideal candidate should have an M.D. or D.O. degree and postgraduate clinical training. They should hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical license in the State of Michigan as well as be board certified or board eligible (Internal Medicine). Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with other clinicians. Good oral and written communication skills are essential. Evidence of clinical competence and didactic teaching is expected.
