This role involves providing quality care and an excellent patient experience to senior primary care patients with extended 30-minute encounter times. The physician will work a flexible schedule of either 4 x 10-hour days or 5 x 8-hour days without on-call responsibilities, utilizing the EPIC Electronic Health Record system.
Key Responsibilities
- • Have more time with your senior primary care patients during 30-minute encounter times
- • Provide care to our patients during either a 4 x 10hr day or 5 x 8hr day workweek (No On-Call responsibilities)
- • Practice in a beautiful area of town at Intermountain Health Parkway Clinic in Henderson, Nevada
- • Use EPIC – our organization wide state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record
Required
- • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- • Residency training in Geriatric, Family or Internal Medicine
- • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- • Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
Preferred
- • 2+ Years Experience preferred, New Graduates will be considered
