Emergency Medicine Physician - Per Diem

Provide inpatient medical care including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Respond to acute medical situations and emergencies on the floor and document care using EPIC electronic medical records.

Required
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current Abington medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Active DEA and CDS registrations
Preferred
  • Prior hospitalist experience preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Job Description

Jefferson Health is seeking compassionate, patient-focused Per Diem Hospitalists to join our Hospital Medicine team in Torresdale. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for physicians who are looking to supplement their schedules or interested in a dynamic, supportive environment without a full-time commitment.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
