The role involves collaborating with a team of interventional radiologists to provide high-quality clinical interventional radiology care, actively participating in scholarly activities including education, quality, and research. The position covers a full scope of diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures (excluding cardiac and neuro-interventions) across multiple hospital sites and integrates with various subspecialties and vascular surgery for comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Collaborate with a talented team of Interventional Radiologists who practice, learn, and innovate together.
- • Provide high-quality patient care with proficiency in clinical IR.
- • Actively participate in scholarly activities which could include education, quality, and/or research.
- • Perform the full-scope of diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures except for cardiac and neuro-interventions.
- • Work within a division that covers IR services at multiple sites within the health system.
- • Engage in combined vascular surgery/interventional radiology procedures in hybrid operating rooms.
- • Integrate with other subspecialties including Orthopedics, Urology and GI/Hepatology.
- • Participate in an active interventional oncology service and strong vascular and musculoskeletal programs.
- • Contribute to a robust portfolio of clinical research trials representing all aspects of clinical practice.
Required
- • Board-certified/eligible radiologist
- • Successfully completed an ACGME accredited Interventional Radiology fellowship/residency program
- • Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
- • Must be a licensed MD or equivalent

- We have two hybrid operating rooms that allow us to perform combined vascular surgery/interventional radiology procedures such as endovascular aortic aneurysm repair in an operating room setting while maintaining high quality imaging.
- Additionally, our division is also fully integrated with the other subspecialties within our institution, including Orthopedics, Urology and GI/Hepatology.
- We have developed a very active interventional oncology service providing primary patient-centered care in our Comprehensive Clinical Cancer Center. As well have strong vascular and musculoskeletal programs, performing the full spectrum of vascular and MSK procedures.
- The Division has a robust portfolio of clinical research trails that we participate in, representing all aspects of our clinical practice.
