The Department of Anesthesiology is recruiting a well-rounded anesthesiologist with possible fellowship training or significant experience in Neuroanesthesiology, Obstetric Anesthesiology, Informatics, or other subspecialty areas. The role involves working within a hospital-employed model, providing anesthesia care across a wide variety of procedures in both hospital and ambulatory settings with a team-based approach.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of procedures in both hospital and ambulatory settings
- • Work as part of a team of Physicians and CRNAs with assistance throughout the WMCHealth network
- • Utilize state-of-the-art operating rooms and equipment
- • Contribute to providing exceptional patient care through a team-based approach
Required
- • Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, or actively participating in the certification process
- • Able to obtain a New York State Medical License
Preferred
- • Fellowship training or significant experience in Neuroanesthesiology, Obstetric Anesthesiology, Informatics or other subspecialty areas

MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY, is home to the mid-Hudson Valley’s most advanced healthcare services. This 243-bed facility cares for more than 10,000 inpatients annually while performing an additional 325,000 outpatient procedures each year.
