Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
• Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
• Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
• Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

Required

• M.D. or D.O. degree required from an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Nevada
• Current and unrestricted Nevada DEA license
• Must be Board-Certified in Pediatrics
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment
• Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers
• BLS/ACLS Certification

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join one of our foundational teams in Las Vegas, Nevada. In September 2025, Zarminali Pediatrics acquired Wee Care Pediatrics, a well-established and trusted name for over a decade. Now united under the Zarminali name, we are building on Wee Care Pediatrics’ strong community roots to shape the future of pediatric care in the region and state. You will play a vital role in advancing the health of children while fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:  &nbsp;
As a pediatrician at Zarminali you will focus on:&nbsp;&nbsp;
