The Department Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our team at Wauwatosa Health Center. In this role, you will provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to patients while supporting access and continuity of care.  We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care. 

Position Highlights

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new and existing patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy, based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Chair or Chair-Designate.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin.
• Rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful finalist.
