💼 The Role
- Remotely interpret DEXA (DXA) scans for bone mineral density
- Provide clear, accurate reports including T-scores, Z-scores, and fracture risk assessment when appropriate
- Interpret scans in alignment with ISCD standards and current clinical guidelines
- Maintain agreed-upon turnaround times
- Collaborate professionally with HHWC clinical staff as needed
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted medical license (state(s) as required)
- Current ISCD densitometry certification (CCD or equivalent required)
- Experience interpreting DEXA scans preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- $50 per DEXA scan interpreted
- Paid per scan
- No minimum or guaranteed monthly volume
- Typically structured as a 1099 independent contractor role
