Professional Care Medical Practice, P.C.
Provide on-site medical care at the Allegany County Jail in Belmont, NY, in a flexible part-time capacity requiring a minimum of 4 hours on-site care per week or 8 hours bi-weekly. The role involves delivering comprehensive correctional health care, combining aspects of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine to an under-served and diverse patient population.
Required
- • Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- • Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible
- • Maintain current DEA number and eligible to prescribe medications in New York state
- • Maintain active BLS (i.e., CPR) certification
- • Maintain current Driver’s License
Preferred
- • Specialty training preferred in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Correctional Medicine, and/or Urgent Care

Requirements
