Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician

This role involves providing comprehensive, non-surgical care for sports-related and musculoskeletal conditions to athletes and active individuals of all ages. The physician will collaborate closely with orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports performance professionals to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care focused on conservative treatment, injury prevention, and optimizing return-to-activity outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to athletes and active individuals of all ages
  • Working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports performance professionals to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care
Required
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Sports Medicine
  • Experience or certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound
  • Demonstrated experience in concussion evaluation and management
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to athletes and active individuals of all ages within a collaborative, multidisciplinary orthopaedic practice.

The ideal candidate has interest and experience in diagnostic and procedural musculoskeletal ultrasound, is skilled in concussion management, and is passionate about conservative treatment, injury prevention, and optimizing return-to-activity outcomes. Physicians will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports performance professionals to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
