As a seasoned Nephrologist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will support Kidney Services across the Intermountain Enterprise as a Telehealth Nephrologist, working 100% remotely with minimal on-call shifts.
Key Responsibilities

- • Participate in 1, 24 hour shift 2 times or less a month
Required
- • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- • Residency training Internal Medicine
- • 3-4 years of experience as a Nephrologist, required
- • Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
- • Active, unobstructed Utah, Idaho, and Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain them
- • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA in each state, or the ability to obtain them
- • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- • We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time

What you’ll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training Internal Medicine
3-4 years of experience as a Nephrologist, required
Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
