Nephrologist PRN Telehealth

As a seasoned Nephrologist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will support Kidney Services across the Intermountain Enterprise as a Telehealth Nephrologist, working 100% remotely with minimal on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Kidney Services across the Intermountain Enterprise as a Telehealth Nephrologist
  • Work 100% remote
  • Participate in 1, 24 hour shift 2 times or less a month
Required
  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency training Internal Medicine
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Nephrologist, required
  • Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
  • Active, unobstructed Utah, Idaho, and Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain them
  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA in each state, or the ability to obtain them
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time

About this role: 

As a seasoned Nephrologist,  you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will support Kidney Services across the Intermountain Enterprise as a Telehealth Nephrologist.   

  • This position is 100% remote 

  • You can expect 1, 24 hour shift 2 times or less a month 

  

What you’ll bring: 

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine 

  • Residency training Internal Medicine 

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Nephrologist, required 

  • Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
