The General Urologist will engage in a general urology practice involving outpatient care, surgical and inpatient services, including robotic surgery. The role includes working within a multidisciplinary team in a fully integrated health system with academic affiliation and resident coverage, supported by advanced technology and clinical research opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- • General Urology practice
- • Outpatient practice with surgical and inpatient service, including three available robots
- • Work with like-minded professionals in a fully integrated health system
- • Participate in clinical research (experience and motivation preferred)
- • Provide care with resident coverage at all times
- • Manage call schedule averaging 1:10
- • Utilize generous OR block time
- • Practice in a state of the art clinic
Required
- • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- • Currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
- • Board Eligible or Board Certified

Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Medicine
Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
