Provide onsite diagnostic and evaluative breast imaging services focused on early detection and management of breast diseases. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including surgeons, oncologists, and primary care doctors to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Interpret mammograms, ultrasounds, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and other imaging modalities to identify abnormalities within breast tissue.
- • Guide biopsy procedures and perform breast specialty radiology procedures as required.
- • Provide essential consultations to clarify diagnostic findings, discuss potential treatment paths, and alleviate patient concerns.
- • Provide review of orders and next-day patient cases for minimum of two hours daily when needed.
- • Provide post-procedure evaluation and follow up and clinical consultation regarding complications of radiologic procedures.
Required
- • Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
- • Fellowship training in Breast Imaging
- • Must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
- • Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA
