Required
- • Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.
- • Fellowship trained in Gastroenterology.
- • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- • Minimum of 10 years of experience in gastroenterology with demonstrated leadership success.
- • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking a collaborative and distinguished physician leader to serve as Clinical Director of Gastroenterology at Community Medical Center (CMC) in Toms River, NJ.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gastroenterologist with a proven track record in leadership to join a growing program as the Clinical Director of Gastroenterology. They will partner closely with the Executive Vice President of Physician Services, VP of GI Clinical Operations, and hospital administrative leaders to enhance patient access, drive operational excellence, and ensure superb clinical quality.
Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $300,000 to $755,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience

Community Medical Center (CMC) is a fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents highly sophisticated medical treatment close to home. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state’s largest non-teaching hospital and Ocean County’s largest and most active health care facility.
