Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care to a panel of pediatric patients and participate in Urgent Care coverage as needed. Provide clinical supervision to nurse practitioners and physician assistants, contribute to community health initiatives, and serve as a clinical leader involved in productivity, quality improvement, performance initiatives, utilization review, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities
- • Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care to a panel of pediatric patients
- • Participate in Urgent Care coverage as needed
- • Provide clinical supervision to nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- • Contribute to the development and implementation of community health initiatives
- • Represent the health center in community groups, partnerships, and task forces as assigned
- • Serve as a clinical leader, actively engaging in productivity, quality improvement, performance initiatives, utilization review, and staff training
Required
- • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
- • Completion of a residency in Family Practice or another primary care specialty
- • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Practice or another primary care specialty
- • Current Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- • Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges at affiliated facilities
- • Current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
Preferred
- • Minimum of two years of post‑residency experience preferred
- • Obstetrics experience/practice preferred

Education and Experience:
