Join a team of eight Rheumatologists and several Advance Practice Providers with practice locations throughout Connecticut, supported by a large internal referral network and mentoring endocrine colleagues. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, point-of-care MSK Ultrasound at clinical sites, opportunities for research involvement, faculty academic appointments, and access to Hartford Hospital as the tertiary care center.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide rheumatology care within a team of Rheumatologists and Advance Practice Providers
- • Engage in teaching and faculty academic appointments
- • Participate in some involvement in research
- • Utilize point-of-care MSK Ultrasound at clinical sites
- • Collaborate with Hartford Hospital and leverage the referral network
Required
- • Board Certified Internal Medicine
- • ACGME-accredited Rheumatology Fellowship
- • Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Connecticut

HHCMG provides a large internal referral network and mentoring endocrine colleagues.
