The Academic Generalist Division Director will lead and advance the division’s administrative, educational, and research initiatives, directing clinical activities of Academic Generalists and employed general Ob/Gyn practices. This role involves guiding the strategic direction of the division, overseeing multiple locations, and engaging in mentoring, educational program development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

- • Engage in mentoring faculty and trainees
- • Develop new educational programs
- • Collaborate on interdisciplinary initiatives that further elevate the department’s academic mission
Required
- • Graduate of an approved medical school
- • Completed an approved residency training program
- • Texas Medical License without restrictions
- • Board certified or board eligible through the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology or equivalent
