Lead the development and execution of medical affairs strategy for therapeutic area and asset priority programs, including research, partnerships, and integrated evidence plans. Collaborate with clients on data analysis for evidence generation and Medical Science Liaison strategies while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead the development and execution of medical affairs strategy for therapeutic area/asset priority programs, including transformative tactics like research/population health, innovative partnerships, and integrated evidence plans.
- • Collaborate with clients in analyzing data sources for evidence generation, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Field Medical Affairs strategy.
- • Define measurement framework for medical education programs, scientific publication planning, and Medical Expert network.
- • Work with Global Medical Affairs stakeholders, including the investment, medical, and regulatory communities, as well as industry collaborators.
- • Review Managed Access Program (MAP) requests promptly and create MAP treatment strategy worldwide plans for compounds.
- • Develop and execute the Medical Affairs Strategic Plan in alignment with global medical strategy and business objectives of clients.
- • Act as the medical lead for assigned brands/therapy areas across the product lifecycle (pre launch, launch, post launch).
- • Lead cross functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Pharmacovigilance in design and building medical data lake and reporting solutions.
- • Familiar with CRM, Publications data, Scientific Interest Medical.
- • Lead advisory boards, expert meetings, scientific exchange forums, and congress activities.
- • Capture external insights and translate them into actionable medical and business intelligence.
- • Review and approve study proposals, protocols, medical review documents, and final reports.
- • Lead or contribute to publication strategy, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and congress submissions.
- • Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, ICH GCP, company SOPs, and ethical standards of clients.
- • Oversee medical education grants, sponsorships, and investigator contracts in compliance with policy.
- • Deliver internal training on disease area, product science, clinical data, and scientific storytelling.
- • Plan and manage the medical affairs team for assigned brands/projects and build the competency.
- • Leadership – Lead guide the team independently or with little support to implement deliver complex project assignments.
- • Project Management – Get accurate briefs from the Client and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans.
- • Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others' work. Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans.
- • Handle Client Relationship – Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication skills.
Required
- • 15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, with at least 5 years in client engagement and data analytics.
- • Strong understanding of therapeutic areas, clinical development, and regulatory environments.
- • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- • Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Director Medical Analytics
You will be responsible for:
